My name is Asta Joli, and I am the creator of The Nurturing Spirit.

For much of my life, I have had a deep awareness of the unseen world and the energies that surround us. My own journey has taken me through many extraordinary experiences, challenges and profound moments of awakening. Over time, these experiences have taught me to trust what I feel, see and know, and have shaped the way I work with others today.

I see myself as a tool and a messenger. I don't believe that healing is about giving your power away to somebody else. My role is to create a safe and nurturing space, help you recognise what may be happening beneath the surface, and give you tools to better understand and work with your own energy.

Through The Nurturing Spirit, I offer intuitive energy healing, readings, energy clearings, Emotion Code work, past-life and in-between-life regression, Higher Self regression, ancestral and childhood healing, sound healing, energetic alignments and my Energetics Awareness teachings.

Energetics Awareness is particularly close to my heart. It is about learning to recognise energy for yourself - how it feels, how it affects you and how to become more conscious of what you are carrying, absorbing and projecting into the world.

My work is grounded in empowerment and self-accountability. I want people to leave with more than an experience. I want them to leave with greater awareness, practical tools and a deeper connection to themselves.

Every person's journey is different, so I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I meet you where you are and allow each session to unfold according to what is needed.

Above all, The Nurturing Spirit is a space to feel safe, supported and seen while discovering just how much wisdom already exists within you.
